Written scope and agreement
Project-specific scope, price, payment schedule, timing, permit responsibility, changes, warranty information and other terms belong in a separate written construction contract signed by the appropriate parties. Website copy does not replace that contract.
Conditions and changes
Existing property conditions, permit approvals, material availability and requested changes can affect a project. Any change should be documented under the project agreement.
